Problem with the item purchased
Had a problem with the item we purchased. They put us in touch with the manufacturer but their suggestions didn’t help. I asked Birch Lane to replace the piece and they did so no questions asked.

Birch Lane is second to none
Birch Lane is reasonably priced for the excellent quality of their merchandise. They do not skimp on packaging as every product I have purchased from them has arrived undamaged and protected. I love their variety and their expediency in shipping my purchases. Overall, I think Birch Lane is a fantastic resource for home decor.

Gorgeous rug!
The rug is beautiful - extremely soft and durable enough. The color is quite different than photos. It looks a touch green in images but is more beige in real life. It works well with my space but definitely a surprise.
