I ordered a rug less than 24 hours ago and changed my mind. They would not let me cancel the order.

i DID AN ONLINE CHAT BECAUSE I WANTED TO PURCHASE A BED QUILT AND WASN'T QUITE SURE OF THE COLORS. SHE WAS VERY KIND BUT I FELT THAT SHE WAS GIVING ME HER OPINION JUST LOOKING AT THE PICTURE. BY THE WAY, THE DESCRIPTION JUST SAID 'FLORAL", NO MENTION OF COLORS. I GUESS I WAS THINKING THAT THOSE WHO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD HAVE MORE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS.

Ordered stuff online and had text chat with customer service person and he gave me wrong information about the product that I had to cancel it but when I called them they said the information I needed for that product he gave me wrong information.

We bought two carpet runners for a hall. The runners delivered were the wrong color, but we decided to keep them anyway because they looked great the we put them down in hallway. The next morning when the sun came out we noticed that the rugs are defective. They have one side that is darker than the other... the rungs are split down the middle with one side being dark and the other side being lighter. The dark side may be due to dirt of some sort. We tried vacuuming them with some slight (very slight) improvement. The next step would be to wash them, but we decided simply to return them in exchange for the original color that we had ordered. The web site seemed to be designed to dissuade returns... after a few failed attempts, Birch lane wanted a non trivial shipping charge. We can ship for far less, but they don't allow that. We called the company and after 20 minutes or so they agreed to take them back, pay for shipping, and return our money. Otherwise the review would be just one star.

The piece that I ordered was fantastic however… It got shipped to my building without my name on it and my unit number was cut off and was delivered to a lower level unit in my building and not left in the mail room. This delivery could’ve easily disappeared if the person opened their door and took it in and I would never know also, when I purchased it, it said no assembly required, and the legs needed to be put on which is fine but I wish I knew that I had of time. The actual nightstand that I ordered was great and a wonderful quality.

I bought two end tables, a coffee table and a console. They have marble tops and black legs with a shelf. They are stunning. The marble slabs are thick and there are no seams. The tables are sturdy and look great in my newly decorated living room

I signed up for design services and ordered a dining room table. Met once with the designer talked about what I was looking for. She set up boards for me to put items in then never added anything and I never heard from her again. Table is on back order till the end of September.
