The picture shows the comforter spilling over the edges of the bed. I ordered the king size for our king bed and it just barely covers the side. Terrible comforter

I called to cancel an order that had not shipped yet because of the shipping date I needed somthing to arrive faster. Customer service found another bath that would ship in a couple days and canceled my previous order and ordered the other bath. The next day I was sent a email saying they couldn’t cancel my order and then shipped it and the new order is still coming late. So now I have paid for two baths. One that I don’t need and they are both coming late. VERY Frustrated! Now I have to figure out how to ship back on of the baths before I can get my money back!

I ordered the Connerton Birdbath in Graystone - a sentence I never thought I would say, because my taste in decor would normally never have included a birdbath. I can appreciate them, but they're not really my "thing." However, my mother (who had exquisite taste) passed unexpectedly several years ago (it's been hell on earth ever since, but that's for another website - not Birch Lane). Since then, I've tried to keep my parents house looking exactly as my mom would have had it, in honor of her, of course, AND admittedly, a little selfishly, so it still feels like she's still here - like her perfect touches continue with each season. She had a birdbath in the front garden but it was damaged recently. So I had to replace it, however, so many options out there were SO NOT her. As soon as I came across this one - clean, simple, strong, elegant, classic - I knew she would approve. It was delivered super quickly and packaged with a ton of protection but very easy to get out of the box. It's beautifully made, the color is a perfect shade of gray - not too dark, not too light, it's very sturdy and there's nothing cheap-looking about it, unlike so much stuff out there. And, as simple as it sounds - pouring water into it felt very significant and made me emotional. I'm really grateful I found it and I know my mom loves it.

You promised a delivery date, then never communicated that the order never got shipped. Kept me hanging without any communication. Horrible way to treat a customer

Extremely disappointed. I ordered two sets of Chairs. The first did not have the right parts. The second was the wrong color. When they went to correct their mistake and promised me a credit, they processed it wrong. Then they said they couldn’t give me the full credit. And then I had to wait another week for the part to be delivered. The part never got delivered. That also was put into the system incorrectly. It’s supposed to be fixed, and I asked if they could send it overnight, and they cannot even promise to do that. Only in the notes. While I like the chairs, I do see some imperfections. I will never shop on this site again. And would encourage other people to think twice for bigger ticket items.

It’s a beautiful wreath, however, it is definitely pinker than purple, and doesn’t really look like the picture. I was trying to coordinate my front porch plantings which are shades of purple, but it’s so pretty that I’m going to kerp It!

Great customer service from the time I ordered my swatches seek information for the two chairs that I like and from the time I swatches never arrive. The gentleman was kind enough to check it out with postal and I have to return the call tomorrow and he will re-order it for me. I just hope I don’t lose the sale price.

Delivery was swift item received in good condition and was well packed. I was going to pay with my bank card was surprised when Wayfair extended credit . I hope Birch Lane wil give a choice next order.
