I’m so impressed with Jen in customer service, she has been a pleasure to work with. One of my rugs got lost in shipping and when contacted her to let her know I never received my rug; she looked it all up and found it got lost and shipped out my second rug right away. I love Lahome rugs, they are so soft, beautiful and easy to clean.
