The rug we ordered ultimately didn’t work for our space, but the quality and appearance were great, and it arrived quickly. When I went to initiate the return, I was surprised by the cost of return shipping. However, the customer service team was very responsive, understanding, and accommodating in helping us find a resolution. They were easy to work with and made the overall experience a positive one.
