Nice product, not so nice after-sales service
Product is interesting (cube pocket keyboard), well crafted and well presented in the box, have to be honest. It's just not for me tho and now i just discovered that i'm not the only one being ghosted by their support. Today it's the 7th day after the first contact and there's absolutely no reply to any of the e-mails attempting to return the product. Tried 2 different mails, support and spanish one, soporte. Spanish one don't even exist even if it's on their website. As for today the return costs will be on me as stated in their policy, not funny.
