Order number DP68509. Long story short I never received my $140 order. Customer service just took me in circles to the point where I’m just over it keep my money cop this review and I’ll shop at Kmart next time. More details. I made an order November 25th. The address was incorrect so I immediately messaged to have it corrected before the items were sent. To which customer service told me no worries it was changed and will be sent to my actual house. Get an email package delivered but to some random address (that sucks)… so it clearly had not been corrected. Messaged to explain what had happened thus far they apologised and said they would resend my order with the address I was told it was changed correctly to in the first place, so I received it. (How good is that. That’s the sign of a responsible company owning their mistake). But again they sent it to this other address. I was over it by this point so I just went to this other address knocked on the door. They said they did get it but put return to sender and put it back in the post box. I went to the post office. No not there either. I messaged nerdywave again for them to just tell me to look for it. Which I had done. If they had just actually did what they said they had done in the first place I would have had my clothes ages ago. It’s now Jan 15. I just give up, good job Nerdywave you have my money and soon you will probably get the returned package. Refund would be amazing but you flat out danced around that request. Maybe people have good experiences with these guys but for me this has been a huge joke. 0/10 Order number DP68509
