Updated: satisfied. Cannot get my promised Amazon gift card
UPDATE: My issue was resolved and I have changed my rating. Thank you. I have problems logging in every time. I have changed my password numerous times. I have an email saying I have an Amazon gift card available, however, I am required to log in to redeem it. I can't log in. I have contacted customer service, no response yet. ******* Update: I received the response below. The email address is the same as the one I used originally. I finally got a response, but still cannot log in. I still don't have a gift card either.
