This is the most terrible payment site I've ever dealt with. Please stay away or transfer your money out. They don't respond to ticket requests and your money is basically trapped in the system with no customer support. Neat was great, this is literally the worst transition into an abyss I've ever witnessed and without choice. They don't even have their own customer support and are working with Salesforce who give answers to questions that still don't work. I don't know what to say or what to do or who to talk to. I feel my money has been stolen. You have been warned! Please stay away
