No delivery
I ordered an item on the 17th of November I believe, the initial eta was December 10th. Updates on tracking the package stopped when “deliver to hub branch”. It is the 15th today and still nothing. I’ve even used the tracking number on other postal websites with no results found. I understand the possibility of delay because the order is from Hong Kong shipped to California. I would just like to know how long it will be or at least be updated on where the item is.
