Customer Service Rep Pete Barkley was great. He was able to assist me in getting my reservation confirmed however not at the lower price off the website. Apparently, this is a booking agency and by the time my reservation got to the airline, I had to upgrade and pay a higher price to get on this flight I needed. Pete was able to give me a little discount, so I did pay less than if I had gone thru the airline website, however had I gone thru there site, I would have been able to get an earlier arrival time for the same price I ended up paying. Pete was patient, listened to my needs and was able to assist with getting my flights confirmed.
