Late Delivery, Missing Item, Customer Service Doesn't Respond
The product is very nicely made. However, I paid for rush delivery and received the package 9 days after ordering, resulting in a canceled trip. I also never received part of my order. I've contacted the company several times for a partial refund and they simply do not answer.
