It's a scam.
This company isn't interested in helping with your dropshipping business or anything to do with your business for that matter. What they want is your card number so that they can make monthly charges without providing services. I signed up for the free trial through Shopify, but decided it wasn't right for me. I deleted my Shopify app, and thought everything was taken care of because I didn't receive any notifications or emails from Alidrop. And no, I realized months later that they had been taking a monthly fee out of my account that jumped in price from $20 to $40 without any explanation. When I requested a refund, they refused. I can't even be sure my account has been deleted and they won't charge me next month. All of this happened during a difficult pregnancy and a hard first few months with a newborn, but again, they don't care. They are hoping that you aren't paying attention. It's built into the business plan to not receive emails when you sign up, for services, when you get charged or when charges change.
