A scam. Cancelled my subscription in 2025, and the last time i was charged was August 2025, and suddenly now I'm being charged 58.99 USD x 2. Was in contact with chat they said it was not cancelled correct and he did it now. Strange that i suddenly are being charged now when not being charged for many months, and still getting email to upgrade to pro. Was going to to check my email and bank account and when I went back the chat was gone. No refund and no more explanations. Stay away!!

alidrop is using shady trick of 1 dollar subscription free trail and charged me 380 dollars for DSers and dropship tool and smartly ai.they gave me shock with decutions and no intimation as other apps do on shopify store. no details are given of store for which u are charged and now their support is not repling and misguding and they have not provided with reciepts untill asked again and not providing refund like google apps do if u asked for refund and they try shady subscription traps

FRAUD — DELIBERATELY BROKEN CANCELLATION, CHARGED AFTER CANCELLING DURING TRIAL
I cancelled my AliDrop subscription during the trial period. I believed the cancellation was complete. They charged me anyway — $58.99 for a plan advertised at $39.99, with an extra $19 "Winning Products" add-on that was NEVER disclosed at sign-up. Here is why cancellation is IMPOSSIBLE for Google sign-in users. The cancellation flow has 17 steps, riddled with pop-ups pushing you to pause instead of cancel at every stage. At the final step it demands password verification. Sign up with Google and you have NO AliDrop password. The forgot password function sends NO reset email to Google users. Their own support agent confirmed in writing: "The system requires you to change your password before you can cancel." A CLOSED LOOP WITH NO EXIT — built that way on purpose. Their own agent also confirmed in writing that AliDrop DELIBERATELY sends no trial expiry notifications. Not an oversight. A policy. After I raised a chargeback, their UI was updated OVERNIGHT to remove the cancellation option, card removal feature and live chat entirely. The $58.99 charge VANISHED from my own billing history within their platform. This is destruction of evidence. Their "Refund Team" never contacted me despite written confirmation they would within 24-72 hours. Support is handled by a third party agency (felex.co) with zero authority to do anything except stall you. I have screen recordings, full chat transcripts and written admissions from their own agent proving all of this. THIS IS FRAUD. Avoid at all costs.

Alidrop.co is the scam site. Make sure your going to the correct site when looking to use alidrop. This site will sign you up and not let you cancel. They won’t email you sign up info or reminders. Just charge you more than you even agreed to a week later. I contacted them within 3 hours of the charge to cancel and refund. It was a prepayment for the month. They said they cancelled but won’t refund. Also told me if I try to charge back at my bank they will prove I agreed. Completely disgusted with this company.

The worst experience ever they are scamers do not trust them and put your money. They took my money from my card without providing any service. Once I asked for a refund they stopped answering me scamers !!!

Wished I had read the reviews sooner. They are a complete scam. I signed up for the 7 day free trial, reached out to support less than an hour later to cancel on the same day because it wasn't what I was looking for and was told (and shown) that my subscription had been cancelled (but it wouldn't let me remove my bank information which was red flag #1). Then several days later, another rep told me that there was an issue on their end and they couldn't cancel the subscription. I told her (and showed her screenshots) that it was cancelled the same day I enrolled. The chat mysteriously disappeared after that and I wasn't able to get back in contact with ANYONE. My gut told me to transfer my money to another account and, sure enough, they tried to charge me $115. It didn't go through because the money was no longer in that account. But it's been about three weeks and they've been trying to charge me every week since and my bank won't let me block them because they haven't successfully charged me, yet.

Ali Express in itself is fine, they have the structures there to protect suppliers and buyers but Ai Alidrop-AliExpress to me seems like a scam. You can’t get through to support, products are not worth the subscription if I’m honest. And when they try to take their fee from your account it comes as different payments one for $70 the other for $50 which I find very odd now I’m having a problem trying to cancel my subscription and I can’t get through to help and support which I feel that they’ve purposely made it difficult to get through to them. I would say spare yourself the hassle don’t use this company use AliExpress is better but not this Ai alidrop.

The customer service is so bad, and you can't email or reach anyone at all. in short, no refunds, very difficult cancelling plans, and they charge you per subscription even if you upgrade. Their customer service sucks, and just unavailable. DONT USE THEIR SERVICE, there are so many alternatives. (the longer story is below) I tried the $1 dollar trial plan, and i deleted the app from the website thinking that it would get rid of my subscription, but bad thinking on my part. But the problem here is that I upgraded my $1 dollar plan to the upgrade which also has a $1 dollar trial. So I used the plan for a day, and deleted the app from my shopify store thinking that I wouldnt be charged anymore. But after the trial ended, they charged me for both the Standard and Upgraded plan ... how does that work. If they just charged me $99 for the upgraded plan I'd think I made a mistake and went my way but they charged me for both. Then literally within 5 minutes that I got charged, contacted their "chat" and talked to them and they have a policy that I cannot issue refund no matter the issue. And literally I was charged the $99 as I was talking to the representative. They said that I need to tell them 24 hours before I would be charged to cancel my plan and because I upgraded they would charge me for both the standard and upgraded plan. And even after that, I paused my plan so that I could talk to my bank and whatnot to see if I could do anything to get a refund, I have not been successful. Now I've been trying to cancel my account for like 4 days, no one will get back to be on that stupid chat, my credit card information is still on the site, and everytime I try to unpause my account so that I can cancel my account there is an error. There is no other contact information on the site other than the stupid chat. Ive had to create another account with another email just so that I can talk to someone. You can't end the conversation on your end so you can talk to someone else either. They have terrible business practices, terrible customer service, there are many other alternatives to what they provide too. I am extremely frustrated and fed up with everything. Once again I repeat, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE, take your business elsewhere
