Even one star is too much I'd give it 0 stars. The customer service is so bad, and you can't email or reach anyone at all. in short, no refunds, very difficult cancelling plans, and they charge you per subscription even if you upgrade. Their customer service sucks, and just unavailable. DONT USE THEIR SERVICE, there are so many alternatives. (the longer story is below) I tried the $1 dollar trial plan, and i deleted the app from the website thinking that it would get rid of my subscription, but bad thinking on my part. But the problem here is that I upgraded my $1 dollar plan to the upgrade which also has a $1 dollar trial. So I used the plan for a day, and deleted the app from my shopify store thinking that I wouldnt be charged anymore. But after the trial ended, they charged me for both the Standard and Upgraded plan ... how does that work. If they just charged me $99 for the upgraded plan I'd think I made a mistake and went my way but they charged me for both. Then literally within 5 minutes that I got charged, contacted their "chat" and talked to them and they have a policy that I cannot issue refund no matter the issue. And literally I was charged the $99 as I was talking to the representative. They said that I need to tell them 24 hours before I would be charged to cancel my plan and because I upgraded they would charge me for both the standard and upgraded plan. And even after that, I paused my plan so that I could talk to my bank and whatnot to see if I could do anything to get a refund, I have not been successful. Now I've been trying to cancel my account for like 4 days, no one will get back to be on that stupid chat, my credit card information is still on the site, and everytime I try to unpause my account so that I can cancel my account there is an error. There is no other contact information on the site other than the stupid chat. Ive had to create another account with another email just so that I can talk to someone. You can't end the conversation on your end so you can talk to someone else either. They have terrible business practices, terrible customer service, there are many other alternatives to what they provide too. I am extremely frustrated and fed up with everything. Once again I repeat, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE, take your business elsewhere
