I was not very impressed with the app, but I tried it out. I kept coming back to the page to see how to cancel, and it was never available. It was not until I was charged that I was given the option to cancel. They are scam artists! Look at all the 1-star reviews.

STAY AWAY from ALIDROP. I signed up with Alidrop a few months ago to find products for my dropshipping business and was charged double subscription each month even though I only had one account. it took several weeks to clear this situation and I didn't get my payments back fully. the reason however why I stopped working with them is because their system doesn't sync with Spocket and Shopify and I lost hundreds of £/$ because of orders I had to cancel and customers who were very disappointed. The customer service was not able solve this and each platform blamed each other for the errors. I cancelled my subscriptions after hundreds of $ loss. After a few weeks I thought maybe I try again. So I signed up for the 7 day free trial, checked out the products but found they are more expensive than CJdropshipping and Sourcing box so I cancelled the free trial immediately an hour after registering. Well guess what they immediately charged me the subscription. They did not honour the 7 day free trial or informed me that they will charge me. Unacceptable and very tricky business ethics. I contacted them and they said that I used the free trial previously and it wasn't available to be used with the same email address. I told them that I singed up for a free trial with a different email address and I could see that it was valid until 7 days later and after that I would be charged the PRO subscription. They said they agree it was not made clear that I wasn't allowed to use the subscription and they will pass the feedback on. It was not just not clear.... I saw on my screen that I am on the free trial for 7 days. And of course I was double charged again. They told me as per their refund policy I won't get my money back but I made a request anyway. So all I can say is based on my 2 experience with them it's not worth the money. If you are a drop shipper I can recommend CJ dropshipping and Sourcinbox as they are free to use, no subscription and thousands of amazing products.

I started a free trial with Alidrop assuming it was like temu, no its a scam. The trial ended and automatically placed me into an "empire" plan despite never even using the website, they have a NO refunds policy which is grossly used to try and keep users from getting their money back. DO NOT USE AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

wish there were zero stars I wish there were zero stars Very difficult to understand and very little communication. I did not receive the service I had expected. Also due to lack of communication I was unable to locate where to cancel my subscription. They also charged substantially more than I expected. I tried to explain this to them directly via the web chat but they did not listen to the whole issue. Avoid at all costs. Much better and more approachable company’s out there then this one.
Lifelong Support Promised, But Not Delivered
I purchased AliDropship because they advertised lifelong technical support to keep the store and included plugins functioning as they were sold. The Social Rabbit automation plugin and the Sezam plugin were part of my original site build. Over time, Social Rabbit stopped working due to API changes, and Sezam only functions on PHP 7.4, while AliDropship now recommends PHP 8.1+ for security and performance. This creates a conflict that cannot be resolved without support: • Updating PHP breaks Sezam. • Staying on old PHP leaves the site insecure. • Social Rabbit is still actively listed for sale on the AliDropship Addons page, yet I was told it is “not supported.” I requested the support that was included in my purchase—to either update the plugins or provide supported replacements. I was told the issue could not be addressed and no update, workaround, or migration plan was offered. This isn’t about software aging. It’s about continuing to sell products that are no longer supported while refusing to support the same products for existing customers who were promised lifetime support. I cannot recommend AliDropship for anyone who expects reliability or long-term continuity of service.

If i could give less then I would. The AliDrop platform is a complete scam, they say only a one time charge of $1 but then th plug in costs $89 and then the monthly and yearly charge dependent on what you decide is significantly more. It's a scam to get you to put your card details on and they rape you of what money they can. I Attemtped to speak with customer service about it but he refused to acknowledge the extra charges. Absolute scam. I screen recorded it all as well as the conversation with customer support, will be taking the matter further.

Scammers! I paid $1 for 7 days of access by entering my card details. In the end, I spent a maximum of 15 minutes on this site and realized that it wasn't what I needed at all. As a result, after 7 days, without any notification, I was charged $50! Their customer support is disgusting; they refused to refund the money that was debited without my consent and without notification! I couldn't even delete my card on the website itself! That's why they're scammers!

I had to sign up for a plan to see if they had the product I needed. They did not, I attempted to cancel, followed the prompts but was still charged for services I didn't use. They refuse to provide a refund.

I subscribed to AliDro for their 7-day free trial, but I was never able to access my account. Every time I tried to log in, the platform only showed me the payment page instead of the login screen. Because of this issue, I couldn’t cancel my trial or even test the service. After the trial ended, they automatically charged my card for the paid plan without my consent. I contacted their support several times to explain the situation and asked for a refund, but they refused. I believe this is very unfair because I couldn’t use the service at all. I’m extremely disappointed and I will take further action through my bank and consumer protection channels if my refund is not processed soon. I hope AliDrop will reconsider their decision and return my money.
Absolute scam.
Absolute scam. They deducted $192.80 from my card after I did a trial period and cancelled within the time frame. Not only did I cancel it I also deactivated everything including Shopify. When the funds were removed from my bank I had to go back to their site and attempt to re log back in and it worked. They account still had my card inputted on page but other then that it was treating me as a new customer even offering me the trial all over again even though they deducted the funds to pay for the subscription plan. So really it should have shown my plan if I had not cancelled and deactivated everything when I said I did. They also said that I cancelled my plan 3 days ago which is false, I haven't even accessed their site since Aug when signed up and the cancelled and deactivated few days later. I had recieved no emails from them since Aug 15th when I cancelled and deactivated everything...just a random almost $200 withdrawn 2 months later. The whole system is a scam, because now they are trying to say I didn't cancel on time and I cancelled 3 days ago after the trial ended (back in August)...I haven't been anywhere near Shopify or this dropshipping sites since I realised it was all to complicated for me to understand.

Ali dropship uses selvia platform they are a scam and they stalk you when u put up real reviews trustpilot is also a scam review site because they have fake good views.. There is a class action in the US and now in Australia. They are a money pit seriously DONT USE ALI DROPSHIPPING AND SELVIA
Very disappointed
Had no response from them so far despite response time supposedly being 8 hours. Had multiple offers from other platforms and have had to join another two - very confusing as I have paid for their services. Do they use Shopify as obligatory or can you trade through them solo ? Also no assurance given that they will not poach your orders in the background !

Extremely bad and unethical platform, they don't remind you to cancel free trials and have a "strict no-refund" policy. Then they tell you you need to wait for a request to refund of 50% to go through within 5-10 business days. Very disappointed.
