I was charged $100 for a subscription that never cost this much in the first place. I am not even using their service, and when I asked for a refund, they refused, saying they “cannot refund subscriptions.” This is unacceptable.
They had no right to withdraw $100, especially without my clear authorization. Their subscription price was lower, but they charged me much more. For me, this is a significant amount of money, and their refusal to help shows a complete lack of customer care.

Do not sign up with this fraudsters, i tried to create a drop shipping account on free trial, i could never get access to the shop so i cancelled the subscription and the account before free trial ended, every week they're trying to take hundreds of pounds out of my account luckily my bank keeps rejecting, Ive contacted them on live chat to which they disappear and don't offer a resolution after i explain then i get an automated email regarding the goods i purchased cant be returned even though ive not bought any goods ive threatened them with legal action and some smart Alec proceeds to send the same generic reply, id be upto £2000 out of my account now if these requests were fulfilled
You are limited to products available for drop shipping even on the most expensive plan. They deducted more than were supposed too and would not refund. They wouldn’t reply to my messages regarding the refund and fact they deducted the money.. I had to dispute it and my bank got the money back. Do not trust them and their fake reviews. Look at other companies

I’m absolutely heartbroken and appalled by my experience with AliDrop. As a single mother, every dollar counts—and they took all I had, $109, without warning or valid consent.
Apparently, I "signed up for a trial," though I never received a single email, welcome message, or confirmation. I only found out something was happening when I saw the charge unexpectedly leave my bank account while I was working. I’ve never used their service before, and I certainly never authorized a payment.
When I contacted support, I was told to cancel the subscription—only to find I didn’t even have a password set up. That’s how disconnected I was from this so-called account. The cancellation process was deliberately manipulative and frustrating: multiple pages asking if I was sure, asking me to type "confirm," followed by more confirmation screens—classic tactic to wear users down and keep charging them.
The worst part? They refused to refund me. They claimed it was "within policy," but I never agreed to any terms or set up any meaningful account. Then it gets more suspicious—they told me I signed up with the email (something to do with cuisine)—an email I have NEVER seen or used. Nothing in my life relates to "cuisine." This feels like someone else’s account, not mine.
After escalating, their so-called "refund team" replied once—just to say they couldn’t help—and now they’re completely ghosting me. No replies. No accountability.

This is fradulent page, that charges you without your permission. i cancelled my trial and never got any email about cancelation or that trial period is coming to an end, they just charged me out of nowhere and refuse to issue refund. they say my trial period was active the whole time even tho i kept getting emails "Start Your trial". avoid this fradulent page.

I signed up for the free trial through Shopify, but decided it wasn't right for me. I deleted my Shopify app, and thought everything was taken care of because I didn't receive any notifications or emails from Alidrop.
And no, I realized months later that they had been taking a monthly fee out of my account that jumped in price from $20 to $40 without any explanation.
When I requested a refund, they refused. I can't even be sure my account has been deleted and they won't charge me next month.
All of this happened during a difficult pregnancy and a hard first few months with a newborn, but again, they don't care. They are hoping that you aren't paying attention. It's built into the business plan to not receive emails when you sign up, for services, when you get charged or when charges change.

I signed up for the free trial. Had an explore and decided it wasn't for me so I deleted the app. There was no correspondence from them to indicate that I was still with them and the free trial had ended nor did I get any payment receipts once they started taking my money!! If I had I would have investigated and made sure to cancel but it wasn't until I checked my bank statement and saw they had taken over A$200 from me that I clued on. Any talk of a refund was refused despite it being obvious I hadn't used their services. What a scam.
These reviews have got to be fake on here, I opened an account with this company and deleted the account within the free trial period in February. Since then they have taken over £1500 out of my back I have emailed them they told me they couldn’t find any account then they did find my account but couldn’t cancel it they had to get in touch with their technical team (bare in mind when I was trying to log in to ‘said account’ my email address was not registered proving I had no account) they took over £250 a month from it came to April I have a fraud case open with my back at this point. This company emailed me on 17th April saying they have cancelled my account and rest assured I would not be charged again.. not to my suprise they continued to charge over £250 in may and June when I contacted the same person from the company she told me well I have no cancelled your account rest assured you won’t be charged. No offer off a refund. They told my bank I hadn’t cancelled the account but I have ALOT off proof that I have and even an email of the company saying the account was cancelled. They have left me massively overdrawn in my bank. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ALIDROP

They have tricky cancelation system, I though I was canceled subscribtion but no, they took my money and I dont even used this app, I tried to come back my money but they refused to do that. Now I dont see any support icon on my screen they deleted it also for me, also write them an email and no answer, worst application, I just wanted to test and cancel but cancelation is very tricky.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with AliDrop. I tried to cancel my subscription before it renewed, but their cancellation system was not working — and it still doesn’t work even now.
I reached out to customer support multiple times with no reply. Despite my efforts, my account was charged 99.99$ on 23.05.2025 against my will.
This charge is unauthorized, as I was unable to cancel due to their system issues and total lack of response. It feels like the company is ignoring customers and intentionally making cancellation difficult.
I do not recommend using this service unless you’re ready to fight for your money back. I’m still waiting for a response and a refund.

I’m disappointed with my experience using Aliddrop. What seemed like a promising tool turned into a frustrating situation.
I was not able to cancel my subscription by myself. I only found out 3 hours later when I noticed unexpected charges myself. After reaching out to support, I was told that I’d likely be eligible for a refund and that an exception could be made.
Eventually, they issued a refund — but only in the form of a "total balance" or 20% of the total I paid. It solves nothing. I can’t use it, and it doesn’t reflect the actual money I lost.
after telling them my upset in the communication and im not expecting that service they offer my the half of what I paid and I did accept because at first I wasn't even able to get one. And a professional company should be clear, fair, and respectful to its customers. Unfortunately, this was the opposite.
