CHECK THE FINE PRINT.
CHECK THE FINE PRINT. I signed up for the free trial. Had an explore and decided it wasn't for me so I deleted the app. There was no correspondence from them to indicate that I was still with them and the free trial had ended nor did I get any payment receipts once they started taking my money!! If I had I would have investigated and made sure to cancel but it wasn't until I checked my bank statement and saw they had taken over A$200 from me that I clued on. Any talk of a refund was refused despite it being obvious I hadn't used their services. What a scam.
