Unfair $100 charge and no refund — terrible service
I was charged $100 for a subscription that never cost this much in the first place. I am not even using their service, and when I asked for a refund, they refused, saying they “cannot refund subscriptions.” This is unacceptable. They had no right to withdraw $100, especially without my clear authorization. Their subscription price was lower, but they charged me much more. For me, this is a significant amount of money, and their refusal to help shows a complete lack of customer care. I will make sure to warn others about this company so that no one else falls victim to such unfair practices.
