Unfair charge, no support, and cancellation still not working I’m very disappointed with my experience with AliDrop. I tried to cancel my subscription before it renewed, but their cancellation system was not working — and it still doesn’t work even now. I reached out to customer support multiple times with no reply. Despite my efforts, my account was charged 99.99$ on 23.05.2025 against my will. This charge is unauthorized, as I was unable to cancel due to their system issues and total lack of response. It feels like the company is ignoring customers and intentionally making cancellation difficult. I do not recommend using this service unless you’re ready to fight for your money back. I’m still waiting for a response and a refund.
