DHGate has potential
DHGate has the potential to be great. But some of their sellers are less than honest and that makes it hard to trust the company. I have ordered jewelry supplies that were advertised as 925 sterling silver only to receive silver plated copper or silver plated steel. Even had a vendor try to keep my payment after not sending my order! I had to fight for a refund, but I did get one. If they would use better vetted vendors, they would be great. Edit: No link to answer the question in the reply by DHGate, so here it is. Silver plated but advertised as 925 sterling order number 3145539642. Ordered and paid but never shipped and I had to fight for a refund order number 3216474841. Edit 2: Lost a star for not providing a way to contact them and not responding to their request for information.
