Loved the product until I received a rotten wirst band and a non working watch in the same order... Sent picture to support, spoke via email 2-3 times then no more email. Sent 3 more emails with no reply. I wouldn't recommend buying from them. Batteries doesnt last long and watch break when trying to change it. Very cheap watches. Edit following the reply... So I sent an email following the reply of Filipo on my review. Sent on April 30th. Still no answer... I keep my bad review. Bad costumer services and bad quality.
