I will buy from them again and I'm happy to recommend them based on my direct experience. My most recent order contained a wrong item - 32650 instead of 26650 batteries. The question was answered the same day and a replacement was on it's way the following day without any fuss. Replacement batteries arrived today, 8th May. Excellent. Will definitely buy from them again.
