I have been using this app off and on for multiple years. Have had little to no issues this whole time. The one time I actually cancel a reservation, on time, per policy, they say it's on the hotel itself. Surface Hotel in Oklahoma City took my money and did not return it after seeing reservation canceled. Unable to get resolve from them. Took months for my bank to review fraud report of amount charged by Hotel. Only to be denied because whatever Surface hotels did made it seem like a legitimate charge / authorization. Im beyond mad. The unexpected deduction caused my account to go negative. Agoda was no help and customer service phone number was so hard to find! Deleting ny Agoda account today and will never use again! I had a feeling the app / company was trash. I guess I got my proof now!
