SCAM company. Do not use. I bought two bracelets (with supposedly an image of my late father in law in each) for my grieving Wife. It is absolutely impossible to see anything in the picture even after following the ludicrous instructions (after complaining) they sent me. There is simply no image at all. Now the email for them simply bounces back. DO NOT USE!
