I recently purchased a glueless wig from Geeta Hair, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The wig arrived about a week ago, but when I tried it on, it didn’t fit properly. The lace had been cut far too far back, which prevented the wig from sitting correctly on my head. Although it was advertised as 300 density, the top is noticeably thin—it doesn’t lay flat and even lifts/flys away, making it unwearable. I’ve contacted Geeta Hair multiple times (over five emails), providing clear photos and requesting a return address so I could send the wig back. Despite this, they have refused to provide a return address or issue a refund. They eventually they sent me a return address. I paid £25 to return the wig only yo be notified by Royal Mail that no recepient is at thay address, I have nevrr recived the wig back. I lost the wig and after 3 months I still have not been refunded. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious. Please take the time to research and read reviews before making a puechase. I notice all the bad reviews have been taken down. I wish I had done so beforehand. At this point, I feel this company is not acting in good faith, and I would not recommend buying from them. This company is a SCAM, please avoid!!!
