I was treated terribly because I don't speak good English
I was having a hard time on the phone with an agent because I don't speak proper English, it's not he can't understand, it's just he doesn't want to understand. I wanted to find the right policy with lower cost, perhaps my bad English and he couldn't really make a big deal from me. I was treated badly.
