Booked and paid for 1st class, given coach.
On a recent trip to Norway, we paid for 1st class tickets (it was a 6.5 hour journey) but Rail.Ninja allocated coach tickets. I’ve looked for a refund but have heard nothing (early July). Update: Jul 28: have received emails yesterday and today informing me that a partial refund is on its way to me. Will update again when this happens. Update: Jul 30: a partial refund arrived. Obviously, I would've preferred to have been allocated the seats I'd booked and paid for, but at least this is something.
