If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered on 12/05 and I got fooled into paying for the $3.99 VIP service to make sure I received my order before Christmas. Never received my order. Tracking number is nonexistent. Customer service never answered or responded to emails. I got fooled for the holidays. Horrible site to order from. Customer service number is in CHINA. I should have stuck with Amazon.
