happened the same as to couple of people here
well im happy that ive read about this company before ordering, because i was ready for some things to happen in advance and i was ok about it. and to understand what im talking about, more details about that: i was waiting for 1 month for this to come. I mean in corona times shipment from china to lithuania of course will be a long one but the problem is that it took forever to come from belgium to lithuania. Ive got the tracking number only like 3-5 days after the day I ordered it or smth like that, and on that tracking list i saw it got stuck for 9 days in belgium for whatever reasons. I wrote an email to their custom service or whatever and no answer, but after that email next day tracking number was updated that the delivery reached lithuania, maybe just a coincidence who knows. and now i have this beautiful thing in my hand, very nice looking and it does it job - the battery lasts long, maybe just in the beginning every day when i start to smoke it on cold, i mean meanwhile while the machine warms up the smoke can be not so tasty and even hit your throat little bit too. but all this aside this thing is good. so i thought this page / company will be scammers from the look of their page, i think it just doesnt look official enough or whatever. but they are not scammers, i wish i could upload pictures here to prove that. the delivery will took some pretty long as time because they are sending stuff from china. so my point here is that like someone wrote here in reviews that dont be scared if no one will answer your email and if you wont get tracking number for 1 week and if no one will answer your emails. dont panic and wait patiently, because it will reach you. just make sure u gave them good address and everything is ok with the payment, if no errors will happen from your side no errors should happen from theirs too. EDIT: the quality of the product is bad, but this is not the problem of the seller but the problem is with the Nord Smok making company, their quality is just trash.
