Shoutout to the Hoverair Aqua support team. I recently received my Aqua and was unfortunately the victim of a problem with the device. The team were most helpful and always responded to my emails promptly. They handled it fast and efficiently dispatched a replacement virtually immediately I can’t express enough how much I appreciated the first class customer service. Thanks Team.
