Worst Customer Service Ever
I ordered three pairs of socks for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. I even tipped the workers. My boyfriend never received his socks and Santasocks refused to offer a replacement or refund. They said I should have purchased shipping insurance (not listed as an option at the time of purchase) and could not make it right. What lousy service. I paid almost $40, my boyfriend received nothing for Christmas and I wasted hours of my life in frustration. Do not shop with Santasocks.
