Awesome customer service
As this is my first online purchase with SmartBuyGlasses, I ran into some issues with my prescription details which delayed my order from being processed. I am glad that Danielle from its customer service handled my order. She diligently & promptly followed up to update me of the status and helped to resolve the issues even through the holidays. I have never experienced a better customer service and am truly impressed with the service excellence of Danielle, this has certainly made my shopping experience a pleasant one despite the slight hiccups. Am looking forward to receiving my orders so I could come back to purchase online again.
