I purchased several Items which I still have not received when I contacted customer service after about a hundred times I was finally told that my items had to go through production and get remade because they came out crappy and that while they came out of production today they would be shipped within 3 to 5 days okay why is it not being shipped today if it got done today it's already late that was a while ago the track and field is giving me doesn't show any information on it and it's been weeks now and I haven't received anything and their customer service will barely reply back to you through an email no phone number.
