UPDATE TO ROOMVU RESPONSE: it is hard to believe that Roomvu would post a reply to my feedback full of lies. Roomvu do make people pay upfront and there were no monthly subscription at least at the beginning of 2026 when I still was forced to use their service. They are constantly short on staff and incapable of delivering a normal customer service. They have no shame! I hope someone will sue them soon so they learn how to run business that delivers USA quality. For now, because of your lies, and I can show it on my credit card, I will report Roomvu to the Better Business Bureau and your deceptive business practices to the Federal Trade Commission! When they sell, they promise the world, and then reality hits. They dont have a robost customer service, the posts are repetitive and automotive a nd your social media starts looking like a spam. You can complain, but they dont have capacity to handle pretty much anything. They will charge you upfront, and will not reimburse you the money for the future months even though you tell them you dont want to recieve their services anymore. This is another of the Hindu based creation company that offers services on the lowesr quality level and will force you to put money ahead of the game. It is so not worth it!
