Upsie (now AKKO) is a scam
Upsie (now AKKO) is a scam. After you purchase a warranty from them, they sell the warranty to other companies like Centricity, which have no business being in business, as they have absolutely no care or concern for assisting customers. When you actually file a claim, they take 5 days just to respond. Then they assign to a "local" vendor who is supposed to contact you to schedule service. The only problem is, they NEVER contact you ir call you back. And a each time a vendor fails to contact you, it takes another 5 days before they reassign to a different vendor, who also NEVER contacts you and doesn't answer or return calls. Then the cycle repeats. I filed a claim over a month ago and am now on a 3rd vendor who so far, has not contacted me. On top of that, both of the first 2 vendors they assigned have the worst online reviews. So clearly, they have no problem doing business with incompetent and useless vendors that have no intention of providing service to their customers. In other words, this company's entire modis operandi is to give customers the run around and never actually fulfill their obligations for the warranty you purchased from them. This is the type of company that is nothing more than a drain on society and should be banned from ever doing business within US borders again. Steer clear if this poor excuse of a company. DO NOT waste your hard earned money on Upsie.com, Centricity or any of their associated partners. They DO NOT CARE about servicing customers. ....
