Shopee is the worst of the worst. I’ve been with Shopee since 2018 and even subscribed to their VIP service, but when I received a damaged product with a dent, my return and refund request was still rejected. Instead of resolving the issue fairly, Shopee kept passing me around. They told me to contact the seller, and no one wanted to take responsibility. So what is the point of being a VIP subscriber if customers are not treated fairly? Shopee’s actions show that they care more about protecting sellers and profits than doing what is right for their customers. This is a truly disappointing and unethical way to run a business. Loyal customers deserve better. Based on my experience, Shopee does not handle disputes fairly, and their so-called VIP service is meaningless. Very disappointed. I will delete my Shopee account once the refund for my VIP subscription has been processed
