I ordered a personalised Pokemon card…
I ordered a personalised Pokemon card as a birthday present. I ordered this on the 14th of April and I’m yet to receive it (3rd of May). Before ordering I selected the £8 delivery which said 7-9 days and it’s now been 19 days. Every time I would check the tracking it would say something new every time. The estimated delivery date would change every day. It took 12 days to produce the item which is a joke. As the date I needed this item for has now gone I no longer need it and there is no way of getting a refund as they have said anything that has been produced is non refundable. Saw this scam website on an instagram ad and I’d advise you to not waste your money on them.
