Delivery Standards are lacking
I ordered the Mavic Mini (May 2020) and had it in my hands within 48 hours. I was really impressed and DJI gained my trust. Then I ordered the Mini 2 Drone (January 2021) and that is where DJI lost my trust. It said 3 to 7 days for delivery, but 7 days later it still hasn't even left China as it passes through numerous "customs clearances" in multiple Chinese cities. So clearly I won't be getting it as per the timeframe they had originally stated before taking my money. It's as if they are playing ball with my package, just passing it around needlessly from city to city. I will never buy from the DJI Store again and I will not recommend it to friends, family or even to my worst enemy. DJI makes great products, but their delivery standards and customer service are extremely lacking.
