Wouldn’t recommend
I bought a tote bag in December last year and in January the black glue on the side of the handle came off. I reported it to Aspinal and I sent it for repairs. I had to chase them many times to give me an update on the bag. In the end they said they will send me a new bag if they have in stock as they weren’t happy with the repair. Apparently the bag was sent to some address and it was signed for by I don’t know who. I emailed again stating that I don’t live in that area. They said they will investigate with Royal Mail. I always have to chase them down for an update. The issue isn’t sorted since February and now it’s been a couple of months. I have asked for my money back but they won’t give it to me. I have since purchased another bag from Coach which I am very happy with. Extremely disappointed with the customer service received by Aspinal.
