Outstanding support!
I tested out the weekly plan for their site and I wanted to change to the creator plan and the outstanding part is I wanted to get a refund so I could switch to the better plan and within the hour on their day off it was sorted and the refund was issued by Joel from their support team. Absolutely outstanding to see from a company!
