Terrible in all the ways
If I could put zero stars in would. I purchased AOMEI premium so I could clone the drive with my OS on it and move it to an SSD. Not only did this not work each time I tried it, but it made my SSD unrecognizable, which could only be fixed by physically opening my computer and unplugging and plugging back in the SATA connection. On top of all of that, their customer support is abysmal. They never answered my first ticket asking for help in transitioning my OS and when I submitted a request for a refund, they basically just asked me to try cloning it again. I reiterated that I wanted a refund and I haven't heard from them since. So the 24/7 support feature of their premium package is a lie. Don't purchase this program.
