Horrible past experience getting my UK passport renewed
I was so dreading this process which in the past had been dealing directly with the British embassy in Canberra- this was an absolute dream in comparison! Natasha was my contact person the whole way through and everything worked as it should Prompt replies clear instructions and no stress I will definitely use again if I don’t take Australian citizenship in the meantime.
