Mediocre functionality, atrocious customer service
1. I upload my old releases. 2. Some of them get stuck in "documentation needed", i.e. a copyright claim, which absolutely shouldn't be an issue here. 3. I politely ask for clarification on exactly what the issue is so I can try to do something about it. 4. I receive a generic non-response after three weeks and my errand is closed. 5. I politely request they remove all media and close my account. 6. I receive no reply but my account gets banned. 7. They continue to send me their newsletter. 8. I give them the review they deserve on Trustpilot. 9. They answer my review, yet again after three weeks, with yet another generic non-response (see below), referring yet again to their nonexisting support function. Weak.
