Just countersacting the bad reviews as these scared me before I travelled with Lion Air Group, but I'm guessing people only review horror stories rather than the majority of successful flights. No issues with ours- staff courteous and helpful and all flights left and landed on time! We flew with Batik from Labuan Bajo to Denpasar.
