Bought a Vaultek DS2i a couple years ago for my nightstand. Love it. Had a small issue, reached out to them, handled. Shipped it to them. It was repaired, shipped back to me, total time, including shipping was just over a week. I would definitely buy a Vaultek product in the future and strongly recommend them.
