Bad 1st impression
This is my first experience using city link but I already got a bad 1st impression about their service. I was informed that my parcel will reach the recipient within 2 or 3 days. But after 5 days (working days) still not received. When I called them, they ask me to call the branch to check why the recipient not received the parcel yet. but they gave me the city link JB phone number instead of the branch number that I'm suppose to call! when I called JB number, then only I know that the branch was closed for 10 days due to covid-19 case (what ?????) I was given the nearest branch number and they ask me to dial (again) that number myself to check my parcel. I was really angry, no one cared to contact me and tell me about this?? and I have to personally call and check with different branches about the status of my parcel? On the day I sent the parcel also the staff did not tell me about this (city link JB said that branch was already closed at that point of time!). If I had known about this earlier, of course I would not have used your service to send my parcel, city link! I really need to send it quickly. I think you can do it fast that's why I chose your service. But what happened was very upsetting to me. I am not a person who easily believes in bad comments made by others. But since I experienced it myself, I now began to agree with them. So, please improve your service.
