Fantastic Customer Service.
To update my comment below... We received a call today from the head of customer service. We were informed there would be no cancellation/restocking fee and that fee would only be for items already in manufacturing. She also explained the issue with the long delay. I am upgrading my initial review from a 1 star to a 4 star based on the exceptional customer service realized in resolving our issue within hours of submitting our concerns. We made a large purchase yesterday. Today we received a email stating the shipping date will be in June. Seriously..... NOW they are wanting to charge a 7% fee for cancelling within 48 hours. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Dishonest not to inform customers before purchase of a 5 month delay in shipping. Contrary to what they stated, we did not order a custom piece but one package direct from their website. RUN AWAY...DO NOT BUY...
