Worst courier service ever
Due to Covid case, Yong Peng branch was closed down. The item has been sent to Kluang branch. The Kluang branch didn't ask me whether i'd like to go there and pick up the item and just simply sent back my parcel to KL and on hold for more than a week. Until now I still not yet to receive my parcel. Sent email to customer service also never reply. Terrible courier management.
