I used their try-on scheme for a few dresses. Which didn't suit me, so I returned them within the time period they specified. I had to chase them to see if they had recieved the dresses and I didn't get a refund for the dresses. Even though it states on their website that it is free to ship and free to return. Still waiting for a response from their customer services. Not great.
